Service Description

Suitability for laser Teeth Whitening This treatment is only suitable if: • At least 18 years of age • You are not pregnant or lactating • You are not on any medication for epilepsy • You have had a professional hygienist appointment to remove plaque and tartar build up between and around the gum-line within the last 12 months (non-smokers) and within 6 months (smokers). You may need further stain/plaque/tartar removal if build-up is present for optimum results. Cancellation /Rescheduling and Lateness Policy The clinic has strict lateness and cancellation policy. We have a 72-hour cancellation/rescheduling and 15 minutes lateness policy. If you fail to give 72-hours cancellation/rescheduling or are 15 minutes late any deposit paid to secure your appointment slot will be lost. A rebooking fee equal to the deposit paid to secure the treatment slot will be payable to secure a new appointment. Do arrive 10 minutes before your appointment is scheduled to start to avoid lateness and fill in the consultation forms. Please note guests are not allowed into the treatment room. Anyone under the age of 18 is not allowed in the clinic at any time. Thank you for understanding.

Cancellation Policy

Please kindly note our cancelation/rescheduling and late policy. Arrive 15 minutes early to your appointment, you will need to fill in some paper-work BEFORE starting your treatment. Lateness will result in a shorter treatment or no treatment at all. Cancellation/Rescheduling and Lateness Policy We have a strict 72-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy AND a 15-minute late policy. If you fail to give a 72 hour notice when deciding to cancel or reschedule or are 15 minutes late, you will lose the £99 deposit you have paid to secure your appointment. If you then wish to rebook you will need to pay an additional £99 deposit and then remaining balance for your treatment once you arrive at the clinic.
