What Is Botox?

Is a nonsurgical treatment that helps to temporarily improve moderate to severe frown lines between brows, forehead lines and crow’s feet. Botox blocks nerve impulses to the muscles, decreasing muscle activity lessening the appearance of moderate to severe lines for real noticeable results.

Am I Too Young For Botox?

Early signs of ageing start to show in both men and women in their 20s. Facial expressions, sun exposure, genetics and life style are contributing factors, the muscles used to form facial expressions create permanent creases in the skin, deepening existing lines and further as we age.

Our D A I Y A H experts specialise in preventative Botox, a specialist technique is used for our younger patients, Our experts employ lower doses of Botox via ultra-targeted micro injections administered on specific areas of the face such as the forehead, brows, or around the eyes.

When Botox injections are started early enough and correctly prevents the formation of fine lines and wrinkles and diminishes the appearance of lines you already have as people age. Botox relaxes the facial muscles resulting in smoother skin and fever wrinkles both short and in the long term.

When Will I See Results After My Botox Injections?

You may begin to notice results within 24 to 48 hours for moderate to severe frown lines. It takes about 7-10 days to see maximal results.

How Long Do Results Last?

Improvement of lines and wrinkles in the treated area is noticeable within two weeks. It has been reported that if used regularly, anti-wrinkle injectables can delay and prevent the signs of ageing. Botulinum toxin restricts facial muscle movement which means signs of ageing can be prevented.

On average, Botox remains effective for 3-6 months. This depends on the skill of your doctor and how your body breaks down the toxin.

What Happens After the Treatment?

You can resume with your day as normal immediately after the treatment, although it is important to avoid any strenuous activity for 24 hours such as going to the gym. Side effects are rare, but occasionally some clients experience redness, but this usually fades quickly.

At the end of your treatment, we will book you in for a free check-up 2 weeks later, so that we can review the results of your treatment once it has taken full effect. Your next appointment can be booked in 3-4 months after to ensure you maintain the results.

Can I Receive Dermal Filler Injections and Botox Injections at the Same Time?

Dermal fillers and Botox treatment can and often are administered during the same office visit. Because each product works differently in the skin, the two can be a powerful combination to achieve beautiful, natural-looking rejuvenation.

Prices start from £150 to £350 depending on how many areas. Schedule a free consultation with our doctors.
